My method is faster. I only.record the accapella... then i record 8 bars of my verse on beat and send both to my producer.

I wrote a Comment a minute ago, I Said something Like "Please get rid of the blue pop up thingy that pops up after I remove my mouse from the thing I'm trying to cut or copy". Then it just magically stopped doing it., so I deleted the comment, And now its doing it again. Please remove the update, it was perfect as it was. Thanks. Also is it in the settings? I checked and nope, I found nothin.

I need help. There's a video project I have been working on for a month now on VP. But yesterday, after saving my project after further editing, I decided to open my the project file again. All of a sudden, I got an error message that read, "The file provided is not a valid videopad project". Please help me resolve this issue, I worked really hard on it & for it to be no longer accessible would be a huge loss for me. 😞

i request a feature please add an option to listen to the audio in the track you are recording or add an virtual input so that i can play on my keyboard and hear it in my microphone this is what will be very helpfull to me thank you for reading

In the track settings, you should be able to adjust the "monitor" settings to hear the track as you record/play it back.

We suggest you always "save as" a resized image to keep your original as a separate file.

When you double click on the video in the Media bin, it should preview in the main screen location, replacing the project preview. Then when you select the project timeline below, it will return the preview to the project video preview.

Can I convert a mp3 file to a mid file? Your support document says that a standard mid format is supported, but I cannot find an option for ".mid" format on the SaveAs window.

I have a crappy GoPro and VP won't recognize it. I'd like to record directly into VP on my laptop because GoPro won't let me save or transfer any files over about 3 minutes. Any suggestions?

You should be able to download all the GoPro Footage to a folder on the desktop. Then transfer from the file to VideoPad.
