Hey Bartek, Im currently aspiring to longboard long distance as a new hobby and for the excercise and there are certainly many challenges. One I notice alot is that I develope pretty extreme fatigue from vibration through the feet when just rolling down low incline slopes for longer periods of time. Not an issue when pushing, but ive had moments where I thought my feet might actually give out from the intensity of vibration. I have big soft caguamas and relatively soft shoes, the roads arent terrible either. Any tips? Just get used to it?
@bartek...
@bartek... Күн бұрын
I had the same issue in the past, especially on boards that do not absorb vibrations well. You can try shockers, shock-absorbing foam griptape, or a flexible deck, but at the end of the day, all you need to do is practice and strengthen the parts of your body that get fatigued.
@Iluvtogekiss
@Iluvtogekiss Күн бұрын
@@bartek... The board is a 9 ply and really solid so actually that probably is a big reason. Il look into the foam grip tape as it needs re-gripping soon probably

@xiaochenliu2326 Trip and Prana feel very similar, up to the point when you want to go faster. Then Pranyama is unstable and scary. Trip: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpLHl2xvrJiFitE Prana: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKXGq4KQfpdradE Look how Prana is on the edge of speed wobbles, It was scary to take leg off the board and foot break. On the other hand Prana performs a bit better on slow carves.

If you have new board, and skatetool your wheels like all boards if preset complete are done up with machine. They need untighten the nut a little which helps wheels run much better. At stock they won't rock side to side at all you just want tiniest bits of movement side to side. They'll be plenty of videos showing and explaining it on YT. Enjoy your freedom on ya new board dude.
