Gosh golly reading sure is hard. Literally in the description; -TMs have been changed. Several moves that were previously exclusive to level ups and breeding can now be taught such as Double Kick to Pikachu in the early game, Cross-Chop to Scizor and most infamously Aeroblast to Feraligatr. Fail.

Nice! You should do a follow up as their are a few in the post game after the elite four (rematching gym leaders, talk to nurse joy in Fuschia and officer Jenny in Viridian city… try to find professor oak and Mewtwo…)

The problem with X series is that it doesn't have character interactions like in the zero series where you can talk with the resistance. If we had an X game like this, this can open to how things are dealt with between humans and reploids side of the story

Look, I get that the hover bike stages weren't stellar, but this demake changes them too much. For Man-o-War's stage I would keep the bike flying in the air like shmup segments and only briefly have them interrupted by platforming.

I think how it was handled here is perfect. You have the option to play either stage as a 'Ride Chaser level' with platforming sections. Both stages offer you the ride chaser early and through skillful play you can do nearly the entire stage with them. There's 1 area in each stage where you can't take the Chaser just like the case would be for a later X game. This is a great option for the people who have never liked Ride Chaser stages as with the sole exception of Jet Stingray *they all suck* and it's no surprise people largely hate them.

1:00 I have to say how it would fit X5 or the series in general, as in Zero's route, that scene is the turning point for Zero's character as he learned his origin as a Maverick and X5 confirmed that Zero knows about it while X seems to clueless about his secret. I always view that canonically, despite majorly involve in Repliforce War, X wasn't present when confronting Sigma, probably in different part of Final Weapon.
