I work at a company which makes communication devices and systems for elderly homes and hospitals. They use this voice when testing the soundcards of individual modules. Laughed my ass off when i heard my colleague testing them today.

Trying to figure out what does that "It doesn't get any better than this" mean? Can it be... that at first, it was caching something and the sound was a bit laggy and stuttering, while the second time and any otther, it was clear?

I swear it is! I heard this line on Grubby's stream today (a WC3 streamer) and thought "did they just edit the Stronghold guy's voice that well?" After seeing this video I'm convinced it's just the same voice actor tho LOL

This is Bill Roper, he was a Blizzard exec at the time, and the one who wrote most of the handbook for the original Warcraft. He's not actually a voice actor, but he is a musician. :)
