Astro is the worst headset I've ever owned, their software is junk, the headsets disconnect from the dock all the time, the app is a piece of junk (see 1.3 rating on Microsoft store) and you should absolutely not spend money on this product.

Well many years later this guide is helping me through the thieves guild. P.S. I broke into Mercer's house early and stole his plans plus Chillrend. Luckily I had an auto save just prior to completing "Hard Answers". If you stole Mercer's plans early on you better hope you saved them in a chest like me. If you stole the plans the questline will glitch out here. The plans are a Misc item. I created a quicksave at that auto save just prior to completing the quest "Hard Answers". Quickly got the plans, broke back into Mercer's house and put the plans exactly were they were. Proceeded to run out the Riften gate and fast traveled across the map. Then fast teaveled back to Winterhold and Presto! The questline continued as normal. Yeah I know this is old but I combined multiple "How too's" and found this way worked for me.
