The original point was to not to sell all gold before the end of ch6, leave some. That have changed from the time of this video. The point was that you lose all your money at one point, but get to keep your inventory items. If you had some gold bars in your satchel at that point, you could then sell them. Some money to continue again. You get a lot of money sometime later again, so you didn't need many gold bars at that point, maybe 2 or 3. Freely located (not treasure map related) gold bars will also respawn after ch6 (some have reported freely located gold to respawn every chapter, however I can not confirm this). To my knowledge the treasure map gold will not respawn. Developers have changed the fact that you could receive your gold from your inventory after chapter 6. Now I recommend that you sell all the gold you have, and use the Aberdeen Pig Farm method (N-W-N from St. Denis, some 2/3 way to Emerald Station) to transfer your money at the end of chapter 6, before the last train robbery. When you get to the farm, accept their hospitality, eat and drink, and get mugged, losing all your money. You can then finish chapter 6, and return to collect your money after chapter 6 is over (found behind the painting of a woman at the pig farm).

No. A basic bow. You need to find the exact spot though.

this is the best video for these ingots if your prepared you can get them in under 10 mins before even reporting back the 10 ingots. BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 50 LOCKPICK SKILL IF YOU WANT ALL 100 im missing them

The vending machine one is random. Every vending machine has a low probability to spawn a quantum bottle.
