Love it, there is no point arguing with Vegans, they are blind and unapologetic about the ignorance of their understanding of farming and life generally. I am not forcing my beliefs on anyone, and Vegans should not force their beliefs on anyone. Any bad and unnecessarily cruel practice should be ruled out, however farmers by their nature care deeply for their animals as they create strong ties with their stock and blood lines, and it is a sad day when animals are sent to the abattoir- but this is part of the ecosystem and economy we live in- and the choices billions of people make. Full stop.

I’m vegan🥬, and I appreciate the🥩doctor’s data and ability to articulate. As americans, we’re in a position to have optimal health without killing awesome animals🇺🇸 12 years of no meat, cheese, milk, etc. I run a 5:30 mile and hit calisthenics hard. No health issues. No injuries.

I was Vegan. Sick all the time. Now Carnivore feel fantastic.Really fantastic. I get their care for animals. Plants also kill humans. Death seems to be a part of nature. everything eats each other whilst their still alive. At least we put them down ethically. Its nature. like it or lump it. It doesnt care. If the bugs were bigger the would eat us alive. That vegan guy looks pale and sickly to me.

Just one little thing I wish to add here. I am a religious man. Jesus, my Lord and Saviour, recruited fishermen to become his disciples. Jesus also fed fish to the masses. Therefore, according to your backward logic, Jesus must be an animal abuser which simply means vegans who give the animal abuse claim must be atheists. My Lord and Saviour would not abuse what He created. 🙏

The amount of vitamins, minerals and fiber that are in fruits and veggies is why I prefer eating more plant based. I still eat meat but occasionally feel grossed out by the fact that I’m eating dead flesh. Chicken occasionally grosses me out. I will say there’s nothing like a great steak when you’re craving one. In my opinion vegetarians do look younger than carnivores. It’s strange that whenever I get more into meditation, I feel turned off from eating meat. Either way, everything in moderation, great sleep low stress, get your fiber and stay hydrated. That’s my anti aging advice. Lots of antioxidants to! ❤❤❤❤❤

Some land is too hilly to grow vegis. Some land is too rocky. Some land the rock bed is too close to the surface to plow. Some land is in colder climates with short summers so limited crops will grow. Some land is pure clay and only cattle corn and grass will grow. Sure not growing much in clay. Some land is covered in forests and oh boy cant chop down trees. Now if grow fruits and vegis year after year without adding animal manure the soil becomes depleted of all nutrients. But shawn they can mine pot ash. Well yes they can but thats in limited supply and does not add much nutrients back into the soil. Vegis are basically crunchy water cause pot ash is not the same as manure. Now ya vegans do not know me or my nutritional requirements. I works hard and need dense sources of protien. A vegan living in moms basement with no job or future the vegan diet may work but not likely for all. Plus need meat to grow a healthy brain.

Nutrition should not be based on ideology. If our ancestors didn't hunt and eat animals, human species would not be here now. If they feel so sad about killing animals, they should stop lions/all other animals eating other animals too.

The most optimal diet is what the land and season offers you to eat. If you’re in Canada and it’s winter, you eat meat. When spring summer comes along you eat more fruits/veg. Everyone will have a different diet based on what their land offers them during each season. This is how it used to be until importing and exporting came into the picture and started to change the balance and harmony of what the land could actually offer/sustain. This is how our soil became depleted. This is how local farmers and businesses started to fade away. This is how your surrounding ecosystem lost its natural balance. This is how and why your gut bacteria is messed up! Because you are not introducing new foods every season but instead eating mangos and avocados in the middle of ice and snow! We are WAY too privileged in North America. What a privilege it is to argue about a diet while there are people who have no food at all! Sad and illusionary “civilization” we have created.

If this woman has two kids 3-4 years apart on a vegan diet monitor her health as well as the children and see what happens. It won’t be pretty. Two kids breastfed for two years each will deteriorate her body’s mineral reserves dramatically. Another 20 years later she’ll have osteoporosis and her teeth will show demineralization … either enamel loss or prematurely discoloration. She will also have mental health issues and who knows what the children will be like.

Btw… I had a veg farm for about 10 years. I’ve grown most of my own vegetables for almost 40 years. The longer I have grown them, the more I learn about how many of those damn plants are trying to kill me. Oxalates phytates and lectins all catch up with you as you age. Oxalates damn near killed me with kidney grit/stones and esophageal inflammation. I only grow a few roots and squash and some berries these days. When they’re gone from the freezer it’s just meat. Recovering at 70 sucks. Just started my oxalate dumping protocol for the 5th time in 7 years. These vegan people should read Toxic Superfoods by Sally K Norton. I’ve also helped friends butcher turkeys. I did my best to dispatch 700-800 birds as best and as humanely as possible. I was grateful for every animal that was used to nourish me. I’m lucky bcz I spent 6 years in the navy and never had to be in any area under fire. My respect to this goat farmer putting up with this nonsense. These days being older and single, I would not ever date a vegetarian or vegan. No matter how good looking or even if I got along with them. And I certainly wouldn’t chance a “roll n da hay” with them if they were fertile. Well, maybe… is that what condoms are for? 🤔🤦🏼😂

My thing, is that plants are living beings that also feel pain and feel emotions. They breath, they grow, they breed, they can even make complex decisions. So why are these extremist vegans not foregoing eating ANY living thing? We harvest and murder tiny plants to eat We force plants to make seeds which grow into adult plants We cut down so many trees and weeds when we deem them 'obsolete' and past thier 'usefulness' Any argument against animal cruelty can be used for plants as well. In fact, they seem like people who would jusf shrug if thier housdplant dies. "Oh well!" So much for THAT living creature, right?

bless the farmer for doing this incredible and necessary job that is agriculture and doing it ethically, we need more people like him for sure. the vegan girl on the other hand doesn't seem to do much for society, she is basically trying to live off clout, selling her OF content (kinda smart if you are lazy af), she should try to become a productive member of society like the farmer, instead of being a freeloader
