We will be holidaying there end of February next year. What worked well for you in the cold weather/ winter and what volume of bait would you recommend taking for four nights fishing?

I believe I took 2kg of boilies and 2 kg of pellets. The boilies were freezer range. Good luck. I hope you have a great time there.

You boys should go to longshaw you'll have untold amount of fish throughout the day. Good place to get a bend in the rod. It's up near Canterbury. Hopefully next blog out soon.

I did a 24 hours here Friday had 6 carp biggest 23lb and 2 small cat fish

An amazing Fishery dave and his wife are lovely people and rod the bailiff is very knowledgeable about all the lakes and helpfully. There are bigger carp in there then 38 pound i had a lovely 43.8 common in April this year

Couldn’t agree more mate, an absolutely amazing place, clean tidy polite and very helpful also so stunning fish in there, very well kept venue 🎣👌🏻
