I'm from Fiji and of Fiji Indian origin, we all still speak Fiji Hindi similar to bhojpuri in our everyday lives. Don't understand why Guyanese /Trinidad and Suriname Indians speak English even though they follow the Indian traditions. It's looks funny the pundit praying in Hindi and translating in English. You guys should preserve the language, because your English is also quite different and hard to understand at times. No offence but just an observation.

Looks amazing. I will definitely substitute the synthetic yellow food coloring for turmeric instead which is dangerous for the body. Turmeric is healthy for the body, lowers inflammation and so much more!! 💛

Hi can you use any powder milk rather than evaporated milk?

This is a real issue here... having to wait for someone to open the 'washroom' door. Guyana needs more accessible washrooms along the roads for people travelling long distances e,g, Berbice to Timehri airport. And Guyanese need to be mindful of the facilities and take care not to break them up. Maybe that is why they padlock the doors.
