Is the procedure the same if you're replacing the assembly on the driver's side? I just watched another video where the guy had to take half the car apart to get in there. We just have a crack in the acrylic and need to replace that housing so water can't get in. (Tape hasn't worked well enough.)

I’ve had really good luck with assistance to not damage scars by using those white nylon tie straps that come on a lot of freight. I feed them behind the tail light where the pinch points are used to pull. I’ve never damaged paint or anything with them. Thank you for showing people of legitimate review on how hard they are to pop out instead of the people that have done it 14 times and it just pulls right out. Great video.

Thank you! I need to replace the fuse for the rear cargo cigarette 12volt power port. I think it might be back there. The fuses in the front and rear for 12 volt check out okay. But the rear cargo plug isn’t getting power. I used a tire inflator. It pulls too much power and was blowing the fuses. I got a 10amp Noco that works great. It was expensive for a tire inflator. lol 😂
