I don’t know if I want to do that first test in my car. 1 day I had my mom with me and she is very scared to be in the passenger seat. And I was showing her all the features of my car, and when I tried the parking button my car literally almost came to a full stop. It was like a hard/full stop. So if I try that going faster than 40 mph I think I’ll probably lose control of my car.

Do you have a video that addresses the horn? The OEM horn on a RAV4 sounds like something you would hear on a golf cart. Something with a little more of a HONK instead of a “ beep”.

The problem with these aftermarket batteries are they do not provide enough current for the vacuum and you end up overheating them or getting stop/starts in Max mode. There are only a few upgrades out there and they're made by LG, Sony, or Molicel, and have a maximum capacity of 2,800mAh with a 35 amp discharge. Don't put anything in there less than 30 amp discharge because that's what the OEs are rated at. I got tired of these fake "4500mah" Chinese batteries which only provide 10 or 15 amps, and I ended up building my own with true 2800 mAh Molicel P28A cells which is a 33% upgrade from the OE Sony Murata 2100mAh cells.

Was there a reason for disassembling the steering column area with the power on? Am installing a wired brake controller for trailer (please save the "can't tow enough weight to need" comments, my state requires for all trailers rated 3000 lbs GVWR, regardless of actual trailer weight), need to install a relay under that left side panel in the footwell, so it doesn't trigger the precollision warning system, etc.

I used a hydroflask straw that was big enough for the wire to snake through the bigger rubber tube. I lubed up the exterior of the straw, fed it through, the lubed the cable a little and slid it through the straw. Put the straw back through and boom! Saved so much time! 6:34

They used to have mini wipers at least not it just power it sprays one spot and uses too much fluid as well as makes more of a mess. This is not a car people will be off roading in. I love my Volvo but geez this is just a "brag factor" for sure.

I am sitting at a dealership as I am typing this for my last scheduled maintenance. The customer rep notifies me that the technician says the cabin filter is very dirty and needs to be replaced.
