@@elevatewithin33 it was like 7 years ago - but I am kinda relentlessly pursuing a strong balance and I feel when I’m off - if I drink alcohol too much acidic - and I have strong intuition on my path like no one can really touch me even in my weaker states - but I don’t know if it’s still in effect

Nope. Unfortunately, you have it completely wrong about what celibacy actually causes to happen from a physiological standpoint. Yeah, there are lots of benefits to being celibate. However, it is not the sperm being stored. Rather, if you orgasm, it produces a response that signals for specific factors to be temporarily shut down which then causes many bad side effects that many experience when leading a life of degeneracy. No. I'm not listing what I know here. On some level, people need to earn the right to know. They have to want to change and seek truth themselves. But know this. The act of semen emission through ejaculation, and the act of orgasm are two separate things.

That is a very difficult one. I am not married but I do ask myself how this would be possible if I was. Sometimes abstaining can grow a relationship and bring the love back if it's gone or fading. I suggest you look into Kundalini yoga
