This was really cool to see !! It’s something I’d really like to work in when I’m older - I tried looking at RedBulls website for the specific jobs but not sure Anyone know what types of jobs that the guys are doing at 10:00 or 20:00 and at 23:00 if that’s the same role ❤😊

Wim Hof is doing those Squat holds after the ice bath to warm the body up internally. That way there is less freezing afterwards. Do the squat holds/shifts 3x duration of your ice bath time. 😊

I was injured in this video, therefore not as fit, also a little heavier & that’s @2% incline. I’m currently 6 weeks on from this video and back feeling as fit as I’ve ever been!

Definitely come to Australia Jake. There's actually this incredible half marathon you might be keen on and it's dubbed "the world's hardest half marathon". It's in Hobart which is the capital city of Tasmania in Australia and is called the point to pinnacle. It's a half marathon that ends with climbing to the summit of Mount Wellington which overlooks the city. 21km, ~1300m elevation.
