Jake, 11th when your not 100% fit is truly incredible, don't forget a few weeks ago you did what 90% of people thought was impossible by doing the marathon in that time. enjoy your recovery, cant wait to see what you bring for the next major.

Hi Jake, chiro here based in the UK. From the symptoms that you described, the diagnosis sounded spot on. Super glad that you got the treatment you needed before your race. Rest up, I know you'll get your redemption in your next race. All the best 🔥

Respect Jake, I don't work is the issue man you are clearly working hard. I'd love to see what you can do fresh with a taper and not off the back of a marathon 🤣

Jake, mate… You run your marathon PB and decided to race Hyrox a week after… Thats crazy decision. Body has it limits when in comes to recovery and it literally gave you signals… You described all that agony that you went thru(and you have lower back history issues) and you still decided to race. That’s a terrible decision from your team and you. You guys should be aware of benefits and risks. Marathon PB, lower back issues(plus lower back injury history) and still went to race? Your coaches should be sacked coz you were risking entire season because of one race. Just planning marathon and important hyrox race within a week is insane but you took it to another level with injury. Terrible decision making. I don’t know what your coaches had in mind but that was a ridiculous decision. Play it smart next time and beat them all. Good luck mate.
