These deaths were ripped straight from a playthrough I recorded back in 2020. The suckage you see here is straight from my terrible playing skills. Okay to be specific, they are a few of them that I died on purpose because I didn't want to go there. But I can tell you, 99% of the fails are unintentional.

Not from what I remember. They just happened to all be bald and look exactly the same.

I can tell you, these weren't staged. All of these were either due to my incompetence or was distracted by something unrelated to the game. It wouldn't be the same or as funny if I intentionally died in these. Besides, other people who stage their fails can do that sort of thing much better than I ever will.
