That goes for every professional going against a beginner. It would be odd if not. I couldn’t give her any logical disadvantage as I usually do, the shooting competition was waaaaay closer. Go watch!

Hi Catiana. Just come across your video. You were very good. You reminded me of on girlfriend from many years ago that, despite her small stature, was a judo black belt. Although she was smaller than me she could very quickly put me on the floor. Thankfully she was very gentle ha ha!!!

Judo is good , but may be is so much better to learn brazilian jiu jitsu ; in this martial art everybody learn that there isn t any secondo chance if you haven t plan good enoght your fight . Any way judo is a very good martial art even if with olympic sport every martial art get worse , the best judo is the ancient judo Kudokan Judo.

@CatianaKeys
@CatianaKeys Ай бұрын
There are many channels that focus on challenges. And no, Michelle‘s isn’t about sports specifically. Hasn’t she recently tried to defuse a bomb? That’s as thematically different from a weightlifting challenge as it gets. Also, I’m US-American not German. Just FYI. And Germans have been known for innovation since the 1600s. If you dislike my UNLOCKED series that’s totally fine, but this level of aggression is unwarranted.

That’s the best compliment to me, thank you so much! The whole point of the series is to bring new eyes to all of these sports and showcase how intricate and fun they are. Everyone has their favorites and within winter sports curling is in my top 3, though I have clue how I first stumbled upon it. I love the strategy aspect of it and how it can all fall apart if you can’t execute on the vision. I will make you scream at your TV in the best of ways 🫶🏾

@@CatianaKeys yeah it's obvious because you're such a strong girl.💪👌 And about the name of the throw, yeah it's a combination of ippon-seoi-nage and o-soto-gari which is really reliable especially when you perform it quickly because it'll make the opponent totally confused and that's why I often use this technique as my main combined technique.😉👌

Your videos are great. You capture all the things you mention here - interesting, informative, entertaining, showcases your skills and personality, high production quality. The sports series is good because its feels like a shared journey of discovery in something that's a little bit familiar - at least, we've all heard of fencing, judo, shooting, etc but probably don't know a lot of detail. I don't appreciate the clickbait title: "I challenged a judo Olympian (and won?)" It would have been better to have a straightforward title.
@CatianaKeys
@CatianaKeys 4 ай бұрын
But I did challenge an Olympian to a judo bout and technically did win, I actually put that part in brackets as a question instead of making the title “I won against a judo Olympian after two hours of training”, which most others would have done(, which despite being accurate still would cross the line to me personally as it implies it being serious.) From the start of the video I show how great the Ballhaus twins are and explain that I’m an absolute noob. Therefore, it isn’t clickbait, just a clickable good title. But we can agree to disagree. What would you have titled it instead to still engage and interest possible viewers?
