I have repeatedly tried to watch your videos, but this slow, excessive and unnecessary cutting, stirring etc. is tiring, annoying and makes the whole thing long-winded and boring. The recipe itself may be delicious, but I definitely miss the roasted aromas - both in the meat and in the other ingredients - which would give the dish more substance and flavor.

That's a bit of a sweeping statement. I'd argue Indian food is packed with more flavour, and Asian food in general. French food is more refined, the best fish in the world comes from Norway, Alaska, and Scotland. The finest beef in the world is Angus beef from Aberdeen or grass and corn fed beef in Texas, none of that fatty wagyu garbage. I think Italian food is good but to put it above all cuisine is a bit of a stretch.

tomato PASTE? Looks like tomato SAUCE...lemme ask....oil AND butter.....then you have the fat from the meat...you don't drain that at all? NO MIXING the pasta with the ragu! Nice white pasta on the plate, topped with the ragu! HAHAH

Prima si fa un soffritto cipolla carota e sedano, poi si aggiunge aglio si fa siffrgerere e si aggiunge la carne trita e poi si sfuma con vino bianco e dopo si aggiunge i pelati. Questo e italiano 🇮🇹 non quella schifezza. Bisognerebbe denunciarti coxxxone 😂😂

It still looks yummy other than raw bacon. Bacon wasn't needed cooked or not. I would make and eat the pasta though.
