Office 365 how to automatically remove canceled meetings from the calendar in a mailbox room? Dear, I have a Mailbox Room configured to auto accept meetings, as well as limiting productive hours and preventing meetings from conflicting times. When the meeting conflicts, it is canceled, but it is not automatically deleted. I looked for features that Exchange Online itself should have to automatically remove canceled meetings from this Mailbox Room's calendar, but as far as I've been able to find and receiving feedback from other analysts, this doesn't seem to be possible. I found some automations with VBA, but we are in 2024. In my opinion, this was already a process that should be intrinsic to Exchange Online. I come to anyone who can guide me with procedures or documentation on how I could do to satisfy this, without these automations. And if there's no way, what would surprise me about Microsoft, how could I automate this in the cloud and how should I accomplish it?

Hi Chris. Your videos have been helpful. I've added a schedule to one of my son's devices. My son has another device and I would like to add the schedule to that one too. You said that a range had to be specified. the 1st device is 192.168.0.11 and the second is 192.168.0.14 so a range would hit the devices in between. Also when I try to add my son's 2nd device to the reserved list it says it already exists on it. could you please make a video that shows how to add a schedule to more than 1 device.

Hello, your review is very informative. I’m looking at buying a 70 plate 1.5 diesel ecoblue st line kuga. I do 12-15000 miles a year so I’m not expecting the dpf to be an issue. However, friends say it won’t be very economical because the smaller engine means I’ll have to rev if more to get up to and maintain speed on the motorway. Is this right?
