Bl00dy legend! Well haven't I been doing that wrong these last few years. Thanks for being clear, concise and quick to the point. Great to see an easy step-by-step guide. Can't believe I didn't know about the magic 'form name' was hiding all these years. Thanks so much!

Hi I found a way to move all calendar invites to a folder, but I would like to receive them in my inbox for 2 specific people, but I cant seem to make it work. The message says ''received for...''name'''' but it doesnt count as a header or anything. Do you know how to fix so the rule doesnt apply to two specific people.

Super helpful. Thank you. Would you have any suggestions on how to only delete acceptances when they are blank? Sometimes people add comments even to acceptances and I would want to see those

When you create the rule, see if there is an abilty to create a description based on the message content and only delete those that are blank.

I have been looking for this video for MONTHS!!!! Literally scouring the internet searching for how to do this... now, the real question is.... how to you apply this rule when you are a delegate on someone else's calendar? If we receive a "declined" message that was "Received for John Smith" (Again because I am a delegate), how to I get THAT rule to work? I'm supporting 4 managers, and get notifications for every update regarding any meeting that THEY have been invited to... PLEASE HELP ME!!! And thank you! Great video! I'm officially subscribing!

Hi Ashley - Difficult for me to test as I'm not a delegate but you may be able to add a condition for "To" and set that as person you are a delegate for? Thanks for the feedback.

this doesn't seem to work for the new Outlook :( I set up the rule using the old Outlook interface, switched to the new Outlook, and the rule is now deactivated.

Thanks for sharing, I'll need to see if I can find a workaround.
