I was gonna say you’re being a little too hard on yourself, but it sounds like by the end of this video you really are taking it in stride. It does sound like a nightmare for you to have gone through and look back at and realize how many red flags they were. But I’m glad you’re on the other side and will eventually be in some sort of profit… let’s be honest, it could’ve been a whole lot worse. It’s a hell of a lesson, but it’s definitely a good one. Pay 25-30% on the games. He would’ve gotten a few thousand at best and been left with all the junk. I came same today gave him 6,000 cash and took everything as is seen on site. What I don’t understand is comments like yours….

Write up an agreement with the person renting his garage. With my experience people get weird and will try some shady stuff. That’s why when you go larger space it’s better to get a space that can be leased or a warehouse company like ready spaces like we have here in the Bay Area. I actually use a large storage unit for myself l. But will eventually move into a ready space. I don’t trust civilians when it comes to rental space for my business.
