I’m wondering does anyone actually play these vintage games after they buy them? I doubt it, so really they are worth less
@ThectpickerАй бұрын
Oh how wrong you are sir. Not only Are they not worthless they are actually high desirable collectibles and some of the top rare games are $1,000. Look up panic resturant, nes flintstones surprise at dinosaur peak.

@@Thectpicker did you read my comment? No one plays these old games lol you have two ears one mouth learn how to use your ears

I just sold over 100 of them last night. I've sold 1,000 NES games in a single night before. There are plenty of people who play, collect, and are willing to spend money on these games. How did you even find yourself on one of my videos about reselling and video games, only to muster up the nerve to leave such an ignorant comment? Ridiculous.

My opinion, it’s a good deal. You make some profit but most importantly you don’t have to deal with that person that was trying to play games. Highly unprofessional

Definitely happy with it

At $280 it’s ok… that’s about $5 per game for 50 games. The NES I pay $40ish for in unknown condition. Most games should go for $10 on avg if sold locally. I don’t use whatnot so not sure what their fees are and what people pay. eBay is a no go on cheap stuff. I do flea market booths for cheap games (anything sub $20 on PriceCharting.) NES games do well. You can usually get 10-50% over PC that way depending on condition and popularity. If you’re not getting at least close to PriceCharting after whatnot fees on common games you might want to go that route instead. I’ve slowed my velocity down a lot in favor of maximizing everything and it makes sourcing a lot easier as I can be a lot pickier. Also double check that Gyromite. It looked like a Repro to me. Keep it up man!

NES Is top 3 if not #1 seller for me on whatnot. We end up getting pretty close to exact pricecharting values.

@@Thectpicker That’s good. NES moves fast for me too. After seeing the only retro game store within 120miles selling New Mario Bros Wii for $55 and getting it I’ve been increasing prices across the board. I honestly think most games are under valued as a lot of people are ditching this digital only, you own nothing landscape in droves.

@@Thectpicker I saw that. He’s probably just trolling. To a lot of people it is, but to a growing portion of the population it isn’t. In fact when I do swap meets the amount of kids that are buying this stuff shocks me. Personally my son got a SNES for Christmas and that’s all he’ll have for a long time. He’s happy with it, and it seems a lot of other kids/parents are figuring it out as well. So both sides are correct here. Just one side is gaining more ground. Physical media will be more desirable moving forward as all the negatives of a digital only game space make themselves known. I mean ID software is literally making a new DOOM version for the original SNES with a brand new super fx chip. That kind of says it all. I wouldn’t be surprised if more large game developers start selling games for older systems.
