never pay any booking amount unless u r 100% sure, VTP will not return your token amount or booking amount... my friend lost 50K booking amount, she cancelled the flat within 12 hrs

What about water supply in kharadi..Its having good drinkable water or need to depends on tanker only

As far as I know Mostly in kharadi pincode there is no issue of water however in summer sometime when there is shortage of water than yeah tanker helps.

All real estate consultants use to say road banegi, kab, kaise kaun banayega kisi ke pass koi official supporting document nai hai. I think all flatowner's of township ask there builder to provide information about road else project complete hone ke baad builder ekdum entertain nai karengey.

Starting se builder bol rahe ki road ban jayega but saare builder fake promises karke flat bech de rahe, ek baar unke saare flat bik gaye toh road bilkul bhi nai banne wali. I will tell to invest in central kharadi or upper kharadi. Jo log township mein flat liya hai raise your voice and ask builder ki road kab banegi in written.

Thank you for covering kharadi to township, I am in hyderabad and invested in kharadi. Video se dikh raha hai kharadi mein bahut development horahi and good for my investment. However township ki road bahut buri halat mein hai and even streetlight bhi nai, builders said earlier ki december 2024 mein road ban jayegi. Manjri side of township ki progress seems achi hai, road, streetlight and shops bhi open hogayi, will wait for your next video of kharadi progress.

Majestique Towers & Prestine in upper kharadi behind Barclay's are still selling the flats around 95-98 on Average then why to go Manjari 😮 for township investing 90lakh... dosen't make any sense just to save 8-9 lakhs. The Road has no garuntee as like the bridge of keshavnagar. I guess whatever we see we should purchase as per that. Commitments that are not on paper are fake.😢

I stay in Wadgaonsheri since 1994 and we have been hearing riverside road will comeup since 2005 approximately . Under that promise brahma and kumar builsers had sold their riverside projects.

I booked in 2019 end. and the development is very much appreciated but its happening very slow. . Also the Riverside Road is still being pished by all Builders.. Current Road yehi rahega to Uktra luxury Flamante wale society se bahar hi nhi aa paenge bciz if constant traffic

@@DJU-0072 value of my property is already 50% higher in current market... The rentals in that area will be on par with lharadi coz of no traffic at Nagar Road... Plus within 2 yrs it will be further increasing once more families shift and mire amenities starts
