I stay in Wadgaonsheri since 1994 and we have been hearing riverside road will comeup since 2005 approximately . Under that promise brahma and kumar builsers had sold their riverside projects.

As far as I know Mostly in kharadi pincode there is no issue of water however in summer sometime when there is shortage of water than yeah tanker helps.

I booked in 2019 end. and the development is very much appreciated but its happening very slow. . Also the Riverside Road is still being pished by all Builders.. Current Road yehi rahega to Uktra luxury Flamante wale society se bahar hi nhi aa paenge bciz if constant traffic

Majestique Towers & Prestine in upper kharadi behind Barclay's are still selling the flats around 95-98 on Average then why to go Manjari 😮 for township investing 90lakh... dosen't make any sense just to save 8-9 lakhs. The Road has no garuntee as like the bridge of keshavnagar. I guess whatever we see we should purchase as per that. Commitments that are not on paper are fake.😢

Riverside road is cancelled bhai long back. There was a tender which got cancelled because of land acquisition issues

Based on township sanction 30 MTR road needs to be built by Ashdan developer if any authority failed to do so. As per the township sanction order, I hope these 2 patches will be built sooner.

But township maintenance and every commercial lands parcel is with Ashdan developer and he will not let it go just like that. Maybe there will be a delay but till 2028 when most of the handover will be there in this township pressure will be there and plus velvet villas are luxury buyers will not be interested unless there is some hope.

4 saal se builder bol raha 7-8 mahine main road ban jayega.. kuch bhi nahi karte hai woh log.. bas naya launch karke bas apne flats beech dete hai isi road ka laddu dikha kar.. there is zero concerns given for road conditions, they have given couple of building possession but there must be incredible inconvenience to those residents considering the pathetic road conditions there.. The so called river front road seems to be a myth, the builders should atleast fix the current road and level it for existing commuter.. The road on the other end of Township on manjri side is also horrible, the steep entry into cygnus right till the main road is a disaster.. hope this will be fixed soon.. however builder should be considerable for residents who are given possession already

All real estate consultants use to say road banegi, kab, kaise kaun banayega kisi ke pass koi official supporting document nai hai. I think all flatowner's of township ask there builder to provide information about road else project complete hone ke baad builder ekdum entertain nai karengey.
