A very interesting and very beautiful building. I do not think we have much, if anything, to compare with it. I presume the same sort of mentality that fails to preserve the value of the past chose the ugly accompanying noise. If a person thinks the choice of noise, for I shall not call it music, is reasonable, then he needs help.

I went to Austria in September this year. I met a Russian who owned a shop there with many soviet area pins. The one pin i bought from him was of this. It's absolutely my favorite i now own. ❤

Love Napoleon but unfortunately moved out of Los Angeles where I had many options .. don’t have time to bake the original right now .. will have to try this .. does it taste like Napoleon taste and texture wise??im amazed! Thank you , Peter

I think it tastes very similar, but there will be people who will be freaked out about the crackers. I think the texture in traditional Napoleon is lighter, this is a bit thicker I think, especially if using Cream Crackers (the custard cream needs to be thicker) but otherwise a really neat trick 👍

I was just wondering if I could use Bird’s custard for a Napoleon the other day, but I hadn’t seen it done before. My mom is English so we always have some on hand. Have you ever made one with just store bought puff pastry, сгущёнка, and heavy cream? I was planning on trying that. Thanks

Birds is the best for Napoleon, glad we aren't the only ones thinking about it. Puff pastry would work well, but I haven't done it with сгущёнка and heavy cream before. If you make it, let me know how it goes!

I’ll probably use the birds this time since you recommend it. Thanks

This was the turning point of WW2. The German war machine was defeated by Russians with their backs just a few metres from the Volga.

beets are really high in sugar, in fact, for what I know, they shouldn't even be shredded as this process will release too much sugar and create alcohol...( unless that is your purpose!) the salt is added to lacto-fermented foods to prevent bad bacteria from taking over while it is friendly for the lactobacillus ones which are the ones who ferment your food... that's why you add salt...like in sauerkraut!

So I have a question. We will be in Zurich for the Christmas Markets this year (2024) and we want to do the Lindt tour. When looking at the Map location it appears they have different buildings in the area (like a campus). When looking at their website the only tour available I see is at the Lindt Museum down the street a bit. We want to do the tour you just showed but your video looks like you were in the main large building so I'm confused. Where do you buy your tickets online and how to do this tour and not just the Museum tour?

Everything looks great. The only problem is they’re not Hungarian peppers. They’re cubanelle peppers. The name of the recipe is therefore somewhat misleading.

just made it! very easy and it turned out really good just a bit on the spicy side because i didn't have the yellow bell pepper and also didn't remove the seeds so it's pretty hot next time will definitely remove the seeds to tone it down a bit, such a pretty color and smells delicious thank you
