Would someone get in serious trouble trying to bring a mountain bike to the top to ride down? Is there anything special about the car inside? Thanks

the insides had different art installations, and I have no idea the story of the car, maybe someone online can let us know.... and I think you'd might get into trouble riding a mountain bike down. Better safe than sorry. I wonder if anyone has done it?
