We have all heard so many times that House music from Chicago in the 1980s (and Detroit Techno) was a local underground black / hispanic / gay music craze. And the legend goes that if the music hadn't crossed over to Europe, it wouldn't have been a worldwide phenomenon. Well, this video seems to be the first video evidence of when and how House music first got to other shores and started to infect the whole world. Can anyone help me ID the version of Love Can't Turn Around at the start ,with the female vocals. It's a nice alternative to the equally excellent Daryl Pandy vocals. I shazzamed it but the only alternative was by Philly Cream but that track doesn't seem to match as the bassline isn't as strong.
