Awesome video sir, I been interested in this topic for a while and you explain it really well given that there is so much to know about how DNA and how it works that comes along with the topic. It is a lot to wrap your head around especially looking at it from the numbers point of view 🤦 but I want to learn more so I will sure watch your other videos. Most people will get confused and say forget it but I like to learn more even if there are parts I don't understand but I just go back and try to have at least some understanding if possible lol thanks again good video.

Thanks for the video. One comment: Most agencies divide crime scene and lab duties. Forensic scientists typically work in the lab and do not collect evidence at crime scenes. These jobs require a 4 year degree in science. Crime scene personnel, however, typically work scenes only, and do not analyze evidence in the lab. These personnel do not require a 4 year degree in science. 🙂

Does forensic science also apply to events like Union Carbide in '84 to determine the cause/evidence? Or is it also applied to investigating animals, marine life etc?

Hey what jobs can I get with a forensic science certificate?
@dangthatscool1
@dangthatscool1 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Markisha! I'd recommend you talk to the educational institution that is offering the certificate or degree and ask them what jobs their graduates have gotten after finishing their programs. You might then call up some of those employers and tell them you're interested in what they do, and would a certificate from this program make you a compelling candidate for hiring? Good luck!
