Came back to this video, the first ever vlog that I found 3 years ago, watching your videos using my mom's phone back at that time. I would record your videos using my mom's mini old phone she didn't use anymore just so that i can watch it anytime. Now that time passes by, watching your videos still gives me the same feeling and vibe. It's still peaceful and calming...

Hey, very interesting stuff here. But did you give Baker Henistole's stuff a chance? The routine that's recommended there can get you a chiseled, flat chest in weeks, as long as you do one simple thing every day. Go’ogle it, btw, it’s NOT 100-‘s of pushups per day, no worries lol
