and here I am..watching a yizhen video. Perfect timing that I had a nosebleed dripping on my tata bt21 pjs....im sad. Yizhen made me cheer up. I love your videos so much I want to watch them everyday 24/7. You're not doing your skincare or drinking water awkwardly..in fact in makes me want to do it in my morning routine hahaha :) My morning routine: wake up and go swimming, shower, breakfast, homework or self study, zoom classes, clean my room, grandmother’s room and father’s room, and read a book or study. 🥴😆

For those hesitant about the cold shower thing, one thing you can try instead is splash cold water on your face. Not sure of its effectiveness compared to the shower, but the suffering is more brief and can still work as a quick wake-me-up. That said, with how involved the billionaire routine is, I feel like it’s more designed for folks with stable 9-to-5 jobs rather than students. But the individual activities do seem like stuff that one can adjust to fit their personal schedule to add that extra stability, even if they can’t do everything listed (like waking up at 5am in my case).
