I'm he original owner of this channel. I just lost access due to Googles 2 step verification. I had to use a buck converter to make a 9 volt adapter into 5 volts but other than that no.

Normal 9 volt but the frequency analyzer I mentioned is like 40 or something.

The brand name on the box is "Ginean," and the label on the pedal says "Modulator Ringmod."

Hey I know I'm late responding. I Lost access to this youtube channel when I got a new phone. It is an isd1820. I'm putting one in a guitar which should be cool.

I'm the original owner of this channel and lost it due to Googles constantly changing two step verification set up... so I didn't answer the timely.. I didn't make the circuit. They sell both the 99 dsp reverb and the delay here as pre-made circuits on ebay. They are meant for karaoke machines and mixers but since they have an in and out you can turn them into pedals. Hopefully that helps some.

It would allow me to change the pitch/speed doing that. Instead of plugging a guitar I've been using those toy pedals to test my pedals lately. Just to see if sound goes through ya know? I don't have to play anything. Just push a button. The siren and laser sounds really cool slowed down or sped up.

@@zurowetz tbh I didn't really make them for that but was going back and forth between 2 rooms and was annoyed plugging my guitar in and and out. I started doing this 1. Because they wet already made with intent for the karaoke pedal and 2. Because in a last minute lazy decision saw it and was like "well this is easier" Worked out though lol. If I use connectors instead of soldering an output jack directly to the board I can just unplug the output from the board (I use switchcraft jacks and they are tough to pull the Jack out... more time consuming than the connectors) and keep it plugged into the amp. And only disconnect the toys output from the input. Sounds small but it does save me time. Especially when something doesn't work and I have to get up and go back and forth. I keep a little patch guitar cable in the toys so I don't have to undo each jack if that makes sense. So I go to one room and try something to fix it. Go back and connect the ground and positive from the jack to the board like Legos. Connectthe cable I left in the toy pedal to the input of the circuit. It's hard to explain this stuff lol.

8 dollar amazon toy. The others I found at a dollar store for a couple bucks a piece.

They have their own board.. 😅. These and a few others not on that board are considered rejects or goof pedals. "Experiments". However the Fuzz I'm using in this will probably make it on my "proud" pedal builds board. Everything else here is fun but pretty impractical. Like I can't personally think of any reason I'd use sounds from a toy tow truck, a toy police car, and a toy laser gun in a song.

It could be more practical. I could put a synth and a drum machine synced and into where I have the toy noise maker thing. Like those 2 ins could be used for anything but I built random shit out of toys to put in it.

The music at the end is a very rough demo of the acoustic music I've been working on for a couple years. Right now my joke name for it is "house next to the bamboo garden". The fuzz is pretty close to the hello kitty one I made but a tad bit more gated and more aggressive somehow... less noisy meaning back ground noise. I like it better than the hello kitty even though there is less e.q. options to tweak with.

Man at this point I quit building straight clones and mix a bunch of circuits together and pray for the best lol.

I'd also recommend for first builds like.. besides "repurposing" other circuits. Kay trem, bazz fuzz, Electra distortion, parasit studios 8 bitar (these are the 8 bit fuzz I make and is super simple), man a lot of one knob stuff is generally easy unless you want like a one knob reverb. Reverb not assembled mostly from karaoke parts ..like from a scratch perspective are usually semi hard and definitely more costly because the belton brick part. Most people start with boost and fuzzes. I've built a hard on boost, 8 bitar, a bazz fuzz from a pcb and on Veroboard (my veroboard one I replaced the diodes on the layout to red l.e.ds because I like them for clipping diodes). Man little soldering experience needed and people say they can make a bazz fuss in 7 minutes.. I made mine in about ten.

I love ringmod. It's not something I use all the time and I feel it works better on synths but I dunno. The way it sounds with guitar i always found way interesting. The album the ugly organ is the first time I heard one and questioned "how the hell they do that?" And it's funny I bet I heard a billion songs with it and like devo and never questioned how it was done.

It's an acquired taste. I mean for me it's not an always on pedal and works better with synths. I also like the frantic nature in which I open shit. Especially one handed lol.

Man I don't people. I do everything myself lol. Tiger millionaire was a band I started but the album I did everything myself, but there was a live band.
