Yeah I think when I calculated it this cost around 30 bucks to make. I like the layout of this board vs the more typical red ones people have made videos about. It cost a dollar or 2 more but way easier to mess with than the red one. The red one I found ways to mess with more like circuit bending a feedback knob. I'm going to build a red board one the same way and Same pot values and see if there is any real sound difference though

Very cool video!! Good way to use all the junk pedals hanging out. Some need fixing some need to be circuit bent or something. Keep these up!

I enjoyed watching your general process :) Good job on the overall production, keeping thing varied. The interspersed backing track was a nice touch. Cheers Madz!

Nice man! Thanks for sharing! I’m curious, in the beginning of the vid you mention a sampler chip/board. Which one do you use? Thanks bud!

Hey I know I'm late responding. I Lost access to this youtube channel when I got a new phone. It is an isd1820. I'm putting one in a guitar which should be cool.

Very nice! I like seeing the process. I think the method of adding the graphics seems to work really well as it is. Nice clean look, and just knowing that it’s more hands-on than only using a printer. Good-sounding delay!

Man pack of temp tattoos is at most 8 bucks and can do like 10 pedals. I got the idea after using waterslide decals on headstocks and seeing people use them on pedals too. It's cheap and I never heard of anyone do it. My first attempt I was in a laundromat with my then partner and begged them for money for this tat quarter machine. I used a narwhal. The delay is very lofi and is only super usable at lower delay times because there is some crunch to it. My other karaoke echo boards the red ones I found a way to add feedback and I used a 100k pot for the delay time is even longer and it's even dirtier but I wanted it that way. This works more as a slap back with some delay if you don't mind a bit of distortion to your delay. It's not a pristine digital delay. It's digital but very analogue like and is dark and dirty.

I made this super cheap. Pcb about 5 bucks, enclosure I'll say close to 6, added knob I think wasn't even a dollar, foot switch about 2 to 3, Jack's about a dollar, I can't calculate the paint and tats really and the clear but I'll say 5. It's a 30ish dollar pedal

You should see some of my others. Most are either way more colorful or the art put on them is more detailed. I'm making all sorts off stuff. Everything in this video basically came from aliexpress and wasn't meant to be a pedal initially. I make fuzz pedals out of these lm386 chips you can buy hella cheap meant for diy amps which I have used them for. I have used now 2 different pt2399 karaoke echo boards for pedals.. different pedals at that. The red one I figured put how to circuit bend a feedback know now so it's not just mix and time. I've also ran more than one together for a double echo. I also use these greeting card recorders to make like samplers and loopers. Have a couple of synths and video mixers made as well. I make like pedals from kits and veroboard as well but I like finding these cheap things and making a cool pedal no one has out of it. For a bit I kept buying these kids voice changers and turning them to pedals. Not very usable tbh but a fun glitchy vibrato pitch effect. Super neat man. Anyways my autistic ass talked way too much about something you probably don't really wanna hear, so I'm sorry and thank you lo.

@@madzpanda Hehehe awesome! I really need to catch up on your videos then. I just had a little glimpse at your other pedals and man - they are beautiful! Right now I have the red PT2399 circuit sitting on my desk - will be using it for a modified cassette player from the guys at Battery Operated. So I have a basic understanding of what can be done with it. It's fun to hear that there are other fun little circuits that can be used for such fun stuff. :D I'm looking forward to exploring it all a bit more! See you! ✌

Thanks it's an old beat. It's a remix of final fantasy 7s prelude with a bunch of final fantasy 6 samples and I can't remember what sounds I used for drums. I imagine I blended quite a few things together. Probably blended 808s and 909s I did that alot at the time.
