It’s crazy to me that in other cities people go the speed limit. Here, it’s like if you’re going the speed limit, you piss everyone off. Going 30+ over is the norm and it’s super rare to get pulled over for it too.

Looks good. If you want the wheels to roll, if they don't,( looked like the dont), hobby lobby has metal or plastic tubing you can glue to the chassis and put the axle through that. Gives it a natural lift look.

nice custom. If you want a similar era Burb that's more in scale, Jada made thie same year model in the Dub City line back when they started up. It comes slammed just like the Maisto, but it's more correct to scale. You'll have to scour eBay for them as they haven't used that model for quite some time.

In a 65, 73 is the max for me. In a 75, 83-84. I still get passed a lot and try to keep my ego in check.

Man, I know exactly where you were at here. That area of I-675, they rarely have any troopers or cops there. If they have any on that road, it's usually in the other direction near the WPAFB exit and such. I guess one of them felt in an extra sneaky mood that day. It's usually I-70 and I-75 that you gotta keep your eyes peeled for troopers though. They swarm those roads like hornets.

Do you want to know what I noticed? No one changed lanes when passing the police car. They would be ticketed in Colorado.

That area of 675 is a speed trap, also about 6-7 miles down 75 around the old Dayton Daily to Middletown…always a lot of state guys.

Don’t f*ck with the OSHP. They will give you a pretty big leeway…but if they pursue, your ass is grass. Most places on the highway, if you’re 9 over, they won’t blink. After that, it depends on their mood.

I675 South. People go under 60 and impede traffic all the time. Ohio is a top 4 most anal state when it comes to speeding.
