Right on, I hope you'll score a good deal on one! I dunno about brand new Suburbans, observation has been pointing towards earlier models being more reliable. Thank you, finding this casting was the hardest part

nice custom. If you want a similar era Burb that's more in scale, Jada made thie same year model in the Dub City line back when they started up. It comes slammed just like the Maisto, but it's more correct to scale. You'll have to scour eBay for them as they haven't used that model for quite some time.

Interesting, I see what you mean and I also saw a custom lifted version. I think I could've HAD one of those back when they were brand-new. I've got some Dub City dating back just as far like that purple Grand National in this video

@@rtspacer_hd I believe they made a lifted version back when the Just Trucks line was still called High Profile. Matchbox has this era Suburban as well, but it's about the same size as the Maisto if not smaller. MotorMax also made one, but the front end look a bit off and while it's a little bigger than the Maisto and Matchbox, it's still not the best and it's on the harder to find side these days.
