Stop at 1:30. As a small agency owner and someone who did the work for other people for the first decade of my career: if you’re considering starting an agency so you don’t have to do work and or you aren’t already an absolute expert in the field - you’re a scam artist. And that’s not going to scale.

Pivot! It's always nice to see really interesting content produced by people who have something to say without having to sell something at any cost. We all know we need to sell something or work for someone, but it doesn't have to be as degrading as untalented and inexperienced people trying to make six digits in their sleep while selling something worthless to unsuspecting buyers.

Hi Tim, I love your videos, I've been watching since the first upload and I am very inspired by your journey from becoming a developer to an entrepreneur. I'm currently learning to code, and I'm just a lost entry level, but in the future I want to have a tech business. I just love how you've been going about pursuing your dreams. You are a great inspiration here, I would like to know more about you 😊

I’ve read this book, and it’s great with many effective methods. However, one thing is that the author doesn’t highly regard super memory, which is a mistake. Super memory offers numerous benefits, not only for improving memory but also for creativity, logic, and visualization.

I've been running my agency for almost a year, and after a lot of learning and refining, I've mastered my service and am now able to deliver results that clients love. I'm on track to hit my first $20k month. Most people assume that agencies start making a lot of money right away, but that couldn’t be further from the truth!

great summary, reading the book, and using other methods from Dr Justin Sung and Jim Kwik's latest mind map, where you quadrant within a quadrant with in that quadrant. its in line with you @1:53 mark. either all terms like pronouncing the word or standard dimensions are rote learned or using a coded mind chunk mapping system to search for solutions created previously from existing problems and the expert, is how they have inadvertently just " memorize the patterns and counters " like how MMA , boxers fighter on autopilot when they blank out after getting hit, but the harsh and repetitive training drives the body into autopilot ]

Helpful video - thanks for making it, Tim. Interesting that Atomic Habits is written by Mr Clear, and Tiny Habits by Mr Fogg... Perhaps BJ Fogg's message would be more compelling if he'd got into the habit of _ironing his shirts..._ ;)
