@@thill_in whats your opinion on a SAAS company charging customers before the software is done? We need to cash to finish it but it might take an extra month after the payment is done. What should I do?

Sure, it’s definitely possible! I’d set up a preorder with some “founding member” special offers. These could be things like lifetime access for a one-off price rather than subscription, a big discount, early access to new features or a personalised onboarding experience. If you create a unique offer that you’ll never do again (and communicate that) you may be able to create some urgency in the offer to drive sales. What kind of SaaS product are you building?
