The idea of business stopping war is just like Kant's perpetual peace, sort of.

I love how at 8:45 he tried to give genuine advice, and empathy, towards the girl that had a child too young when he had also been in the same situation, but struggled to articulate giving “the right advice”

We saw the Stones play in Sydney several decades ago at the SGC a huge venue but subsequently discovered that they had played at the Enmore Theatre a small venue a couple of blocks away. DOH DOH DOH, double DOH.

Interesting video. Thanks for posting this. I first heard Frank Zappa and the Mothers back in around 1971 when I was 16. I am 69 now. I went to see Frank Zappa and The Mothers of Invention over a dozen times in NYC. 3 times on Halloween at The Palladium, and The Capitol Theater. Mind blowing times. I was amazed that at some shows many of the musicians were reading music while live. I learned all his music and when I got fairly decent at guitar playing, learned to play tunes like I Am The Slime, and a few others. Most were way beyond reach of my playing ability. Since Frank passed away and Dweezil has taken the torch, so to speak, Dweezil tours playing his fathers albums, note for note, perfectly. So for those who never got to see Frank, go see Dweezil in this years tour, 2024. He will be making history all over again. Enjoy.

Elvis was a highly charismatic pedophile. But since no one complained, he wasn’t considered one and he also hid his victims well unlike Jerry Lee Lewis who married his 13-year-old cousin

What an excellent interview! It's just wonderful seeing john so relaxed, so clever and, almost, dare i say, happy. But...... It also breaks my heart so. I just want to hug him, to tell him how much the world loves him, that everything is going to be alright. But, of course, i can't. 😢

He wasn't shooting heroine at home all the time, he mainly did it exclusively right off the end of the tours in the 70s to key down from all the activity on the road, your average junkie did a lot more dope than kieth , he actually eats dinner ,people don't know how he is ,just cause he looks like a gypsy pirate, but compared to other people, he is not that kind of irresponsible drug user. Guys like kieth are really more of a fan of blues and old time music than a guitar player, I think.

In TKansas City-When his song “Jellyroll gumdrop” was #1, Frank hired a marching band to play it on the main street. The song is from the Ruban & the Jets LP. This is a true story- look it up!

Not to be rude sir but you're not talking about the composition at all. I plan on unsubscribing if all you do is talk about the lyrics that most of us already know as a person who is not a composer I am very curious as to what's going on with the music and I thought that that was what your channel is supposed to be...an analysis of sorts. All of most of us knew the lyrical content. I like you as a person and I'm not trying to be mean or anything I just expected more as someone who calls himself a classical composer that is constructive criticism and not trolling.
