Of all true rock n' rollers in the world. Lemmy was, and will always be the most badass motherfucker of them all.
It's rare that you see a person so true to his roots and lifestyle.
His badass, gentleman, loyal, friendly and calm attitude, have inspired a lot of people in the world, and will for long time to come.
On behalf of Lemmy, I'd like to say thank you for watching.

“Do you feel age approaching?” “No, I don’t, other people feel it approaching”. He then went on to give 32 more years of honest and pure dedication to the music. Sticking with the same morals and honest opinions through his entire career. A true hero of music, that set a standard of influence that will never be compared to.

Lemmy was so funny, smart, witty and totally in control of himself - Lemmy because he's Lemmy and Lemmy is the God of Heavy Metal. "He can't help himself" Total cool calm relaxed and Heavy as F. And a REALLY super cool person. God bless him! I was very lucky to meet him and talk to him several times. A true legend.

Rest in rock and roll Lemmy. My favourite band of all time. I’ll never forget seeing Motorhead for the first time in Vancouver w Nashville P***y in ‘99/2000. Many “rock stars” are douchebags but Lemmy would talk to anyone. I met him when I was 19 and watched him hang out with random people in the alley behind the Commodore. The most unpretentious “famous” person I’ve ever met. Lemmy never died, Lemmy lives forever.

@@Frank72364 I like the JRE depending on the guest, call me whatever you'd like but it's not just for kids. If you have any recommendations for podcasts I'd love to hear em. There aren't too many good ones. I just don't think it would've worked as well with Lemmy on. It worked with James Hetfield because Rogan was a big fan. It'd only really work with a real Motörhead fan. I would have loved to see him do a long form podcast though and talk for a few hours. Even if it was just a recorded conversation with one of his friends or band mates for a few hours. That said, I wonder if Lemmy ever tried DMT...either way, I'm sure he'd say he preferred Jack Daniels and speed.

First off, I love Motorhead and Lemmy, they are my favorite band. I have no reservations about saying this. I have to set the records straight for anyone who doesn't know, Lemmy himself said, If I could I would sell out if it meant he had millions. I've heard that he wouldn't from other fans. Lemmy wasn't beyond doing anything back in the day. He has gotten older and more resigned to how life is. Young Lemmy was all sex, drugs and rock 'n roll. 😉

Iron Fist is not that bad - that's Herr Kilmister's proverbial, perfectionist RnR stance of Honesty. It's chockful of singles, and good ones for that matter! Almost every track on Iron Fist could be a single. If anything, this should have made that album, when I was barely eighteen , another number One like No Sleep Til, but it wasn't. Iron Fist, Motörhead's ''Cold Lake''? Their ''Illud Divinum Insanus'' ? No, Never! Hope this will amount for Lemmy's professionalism as the musician he was - legend will go, around the XXIIIrd century, ''... he even despised own albums like Iron Fist as rife Rnr fodder ! A Master of the Universe, he was....''. Indeed.

Lemmy wouldn't like to be called a genius. But he knew he wasn't daft either. He had undeniable talent as a rock musician. And knew how to pick a band to help create the unique Motorhead sound over the years. Together with his band mates he did rock and metal a great service. .... But the man in the interviews? Considering his influence on rock and metal he was a pretty humble man- just living his life and convictions the only way he knows how. Pretty damn cool.
