The hawthorn effect is the phenomena where subjects of a study change their behavior due to being studied or observed (basically, people want to be on their best behavior because they’re being watched). I wish this video could better detail how the hawthorn effect was connected to the creation of HRM… they seem unrelated as shown

Division of Work: Work should be divided among individuals and groups to ensure that effort and attention are focused on specializations, leading to higher productivity. Authority and Responsibility: Authority is the right to give orders and the power to exact obedience. Responsibility is the obligation to perform assigned tasks. Authority should match responsibility. Discipline: Employees should obey and respect the rules and agreements that govern the organization. Discipline is essential for maintaining order and ensuring that organizational objectives are met. Unity of Command: Each employee should receive orders from only one superior to avoid confusion and conflict. Unity of Direction: Activities that have the same objective should be directed by one manager using one plan to ensure coordination and focus. Subordination of Individual Interests to the General Interest: The interests of the organization as a whole should take precedence over the interests of any individual employee or group of employees. Remuneration: Employees should be fairly compensated for their work based on factors such as effort, skill, responsibility, and market conditions. Centralization: The degree to which authority is concentrated at the top of the organization should depend on factors such as the size of the organization and the skills of the employees. Scalar Chain: There should be a clear and unbroken line of authority that extends from the top of the organization to the lowest level to ensure that orders and communications are transmitted effectively. Order: There should be an orderly arrangement of materials, personnel, and activities to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources. Equity: Managers should be fair and just to their subordinates, treating them with kindness and justice. Stability of Tenure of Personnel: Employee turnover should be minimized to maintain organizational knowledge and morale. Initiative: Employees should be given the freedom to conceive and carry out their plans, providing they align with the organization's objectives. Esprit de Corps: There should be harmony and a sense of unity among employees, promoting team spirit and a sense of belonging.

This is a horrendous video. Why are all of the managers white guys? As an HR group you should really embrace DE&I... Please make adjustments to this video.

These visuals are great, you could easily go from 770 Subscribers to 770,000 if you had human narration.
