Dude what in the world is going on with all those dry stacked blocks 🤣. Thats as bad an issue as the rotted wood. Also a tip, never use pressure treated for crawlspace framing. It shrinks significantly as it dries and will lead to all types of inconsistencies and issues with interior finishes of home if you use all treated framing

I have the exact same issue going on with the beams all split in the middle sagging the house floor. Was under my house a few years ago with a carpenter. I have plastic down and foam insulation board on the sides. He closed my ventilation vents up saying since I have all that no need to have them open. Well a few years later my prestine looking wood is like paper with mold all over it. It had water puddles under the house dripping from duct work. A different carpenter come out there and said open those vents up. Closed vents work up north not in the mid south where we have extreme humidity. 2 days later all the water puddles were gone and it felt relatively dry. Still have to replace under my house including subfloor

I did two rooms at my house, but then another beam disolved later (so I have more to do). And old house, moves stress around. You fairly much have to replace it all. ouch. I easily spent $7,000 on electrical repair because of rodent damage, then $25,000 in two rooms, fixing indescribable problems. One room had no rim joist. the floor floated in the room. Which made taking it out safer, but repairing it, still required jacking up, and putting in rim joists.
