You do a very bad job at describing what goes in… You should describe the each ingredient as you put it in that’s what I would like to see.

The chickpeas brussel sprouts and kale all have 2-3 grams of protein each and the feta cheese has 21 grams of protein 😅😅😅 you must be being sarcastic .
@thomassol972510 күн бұрын
FYI... you are trolling or legitimatly dumb... chickpeas (garbanzo beans) and almonds are both good sources of protein. You've never seen a protein pasta made of lentils or chickpeas? and clearly don't know sheet about protien powders (specifically vegan ones, common ones being soy, pea, hemp) literally chickpea protien powder exists

Smashed. Potatoes are worth the extra cost for petite yukon golds. Usually i buy bagged russets, but these are special. Treat your family. And cut down mayo dressed salads, like tuna or egg, or pasta, macaroni etc. Vinaigrette is healthy and tasty.😅😅😅😅

Northern raised, i love beets, parsnips, rutabagas and rhubarb. You can do lots of good things with them. I try to keep a big jar of pickled beets and beet eggs( hard boiled ) in my fridge for snacks.⁰😅😅

I'm keto and can't do dairy except for a little hard European sheep cheese, so for my daily morning smoothie I use a whole ripe avicodo with 2/3rd cup of wild frozen blueberries 1/2 can of organic coconut cream (no fillers) 1/2 ripe frozen banana, grated ginger root and lemon or lime juice. I'm 70 years old, and my hair is getting thick. My eyes are getting moist again, and my b.m's are now easy, natural,and without straining. I live in Michigan, and it's December now. I'll have to start using my organic pre-packaged avicodo - mash, so I'll be using less avicodo and increasing the coconut cream. I hope it works as well. At my age, I need to get lots of healthy plant based fats, with adequate amounts of lean beef, pasture raised eggs, sardines in water, (because I dont trust that the olive oil is ligit,) and tuna, I don't eat pork or any other scavenger of land sea or sky. I have one good-sized salad made with avicodo and primal kitchen mayo, which has no seed oils. I occasionally have decaf coffee with stevia and coconut cream. I do mess up on the holidays with my eating, but I then do water fast for 24 hours and get right back on track. Michigan is part of the Goiter belt, so since I only use Himalayan pink salt or Celtic sea salt, I add J. Crow iodine to my diet daily, which helps me so much since most of my thyroid was destroyed by radioactive iodine when I was 21.

These are not 'healthy' bars. honey is pure sugar. Toasted nut loose their nutrients. Almond (true nut) butter is better than peanuts. All ingredients should be organic to avoid the obvious.
