I'm having all the same issues you are displaying 2 years later. Everything is up to date. Glad we only have one of these sidecars on campus, but its assigned to a person that has problems with it all the time. I wish they, Microsoft and Yealink, would fix this. Seems like it takes forever to update when you add contacts from the desktop app. Restarting the phone makes it display.

I've had a Uogic Pen for a few years now and I'm quite happy with it. At first, I thought I was missing out on some features by not having the Surface Pen, but Uogic Pen does everything I need and want in a stylus pen.

Trying to find information on this thing is a nightmare. The product description says you can program buttons for call park and transfer to specific lines but not specifically for teams, and I’ve learned the hard way that part is important. Can you create a dedicated call park button or a dedicated transfer to a specific line?

Do you see the 3 lights on the case and the bluetooth?? On mine I only see 2 lights. This is my 2nd replacement on amazon and im almost want my money back. Big dissapointment

The problem you outlined at 3:33 is not really a problem at all. When you're on the dial page, just press the "line" soft key at the bottom and it shows you the lines.

2 questions... 1. Does Attendant Console have a Teams App like Contact Center or is it just web based? 2. Can Attendant Console work with queues both receiving inbound calls through an IVR but also transferring calls to queues as well. I really like the dashboard set up and ease of use. Seems like a lot of thought was put into this. Contact Center just doesn't seem as well built.

What is the special cable that connects the vvx500 to sidecar?

Mine doesn't even work at all.... like its recognized on NO screen, not my phone, computer, nothing.... Did I get a faulty one? Did they give me a dead battery?? sigh.

The only problem with this thing is that it's too expensive and you have to remove the battery if you want to turn the unit off which is really stupid it's not like other ones that I've used where radio tone made a similar microphone that had an on off button to be able to turn the unit on or off rather than having the completely take it apart and remove the battery in order to have it off to save from the battery going dead which is very inconvenient so if you purchase a Valor speaker do it at your own risk as this thing will not shut off even when unplugged and I ended up sending it back to the store because of the fact that it sucked with constantly having to remove the battery in order to turn the damn thing off otherwise it would be dead in the morning or a couple hours later it would be dead and I don't recommend anybody getting this unless something changes in the development and design of it otherwise I'll never buy this thing again‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Strange I have this but the whole light part is missing. Even the voice mail 1 key has the symbol but certainly no bulb. Still working in 2022 on Skype for Business on Windows 10 though. 1000 times better than using a headset. Looking on ebay seems to be 2 models called CX300R2 - 1 with the light and another without.

A quick update to my 4 months old comment that my Uogic pen stopped working after a few months of use...for some unknown reason i decided yesterday to factory reset my tablet using the factory software provided by Microsoft which is Windows 10 v. 21H2, once installation is fished and laptop started i thought to try the pen one more time, sure enough... PEN IS BACK TO LIFE AS IT WAS THE DAY I BOUGHT IT, apparently, this pen is not fully compatible with windows 11 on surface. Using pen on surface is essential to me and i can't accept the $100 price tag on the genuine Microsoft pen, I’m staying on windows 10 till further notice…
