Really good video demonstrating this technology. 1- How does the console tie-in with a companys main number exactly? 2- It looks like you just browse to the console to use it, so I assume its not an app within the Teams client? Thanks

Here are some answers: 1-A user signs into the Landis Attendant Console like you would sign into the Microsoft Teams client. Calls are routed to the Landis Attendant Console the same way as the MS Teams client. Landis Attendant Console is essentially a Teams client. 2-the Landis Attendant Console can be used as a web app (ac.landis.cloud) or as a standalone PC app (download here: ac.docs.landis.cloud/download). We find users want it in its own window/app because it is typically used very heavily.

2 questions... 1. Does Attendant Console have a Teams App like Contact Center or is it just web based? 2. Can Attendant Console work with queues both receiving inbound calls through an IVR but also transferring calls to queues as well. I really like the dashboard set up and ease of use. Seems like a lot of thought was put into this. Contact Center just doesn't seem as well built.

How do you remove someone off of a contact group AND how to you add non-Teams numbers to a contact group? THANK YOU!!!

to remove someone from a contact group: Settings | Contact Groups | {edit the contact group} Coming shortly: "Remove from Contact Group" more menu option on contacts.
