Well done Re your foot pain Liam you would be wise to do calf raises a few times per week, you can do them anywhere plus roll each foot out over a dense ball or tennis ball and try and locate any painful spots and just apply pressure and roll in all directions. Thats basically Reflexology and also cold water dips. Look after your feet mate. You can buy yourself a set of balls from Decathlon , you are still a young sprog mate but it really pays off to look after your feet no matter what your age and it speeds up recovery ATB

Loved watching this trilogy dude. Ive camped loads as a teenager with my mates, but im 44 now and going on my first lakes wild camp at the end of June. Me and my mate are gonna do Catstyecam then camp somewhere round birk house moor for the night. Ive been accruing all my gear over the last few weeks.
