I used to play with siren whistles and I really want to put it on a car exhaust. I'd do a siren whistle on a 1959 Chevy Impala Exhaust or a Hudson Hornet 7X Exhaust.

Please don't say that you're going 7+mph on a trolling motor. You sound like an idiot. Trolling motor's, no matter the thrust power only propels any water craft a certain speed(3-4 mph tops).

Would you still recommend the longer barrel for a wilderness carry? My .44spl is my wilderness carry now, but I'm buying this for dangerous game defense. So...I was thinking 3.5in barrel. Thoughts?

I have had a fish hunter for 21 years and your rig is the best I have ever seen. It s also interesting how the design has changed in little ways over the years. The valves are different, color is different, and my trolling mount is bigger. Great job on the battery platform and mounting system! My concern with having the battery back there is weight once a person is sitting in the boat, so I put the battery container in the middle. But never thought of a way to mount the fishfinder, other than on the trolling motor. Nice job!
