Yes Ralfy you could of tried left handed drills they cut backwards and can sometimes get the thread to undo as it's cutting I have had to get some studs out and it has worked out for me . Great stuff tho Ralfy mate. All the very best Jono 👌 👍

Done for exhaust studs exactly the same because you know what it’s like you can’t get in around an exhaust so I had to just weld some bolts on it worked got all the studs out and no threads, mocked up good for me

Toollie here, the millwrights are allways breakn bolts at my Place of wrk, SLOW rpm with a lefthand drill and i can gettm out ,even down to a#4 thread , patience and let the drill grab Luv uurr channel

Good job I guess nobody put lubrication on when they put the bolts in/ I once bought a bike and the owner had broken the exhaust bolts all 8 and then welded everything together nightmare getting it sorted

I just put a new drive on the wife's bread maker. The replacement was too long so I went down the shed and thought "what would Ralphy do?" So I took the fuckin motor off then using CAD to help with a new position, I drilled some more fuckin holes in the base plate and moved the motor and Bob's your fuckin aunty like hey fuckin presto it all worked.
