Gday Ralfy, annular cutters are bloody awesome, they cut real close to size and clean but the swarf gets a bit wild though, top job mate, cheers

I used a Rotor Broach, or we knew them as a Broach Cutter or the Mag Drill, for many years mostly for structural steel bolt holes, the magnetic base drill is really handy as it can be used vertically or upside down if the need arises, the drill has a lubricant feed reservoir on it to save time, a messy job but very efficient.

Tastes funny, but cuts lovely Jason mate, only thing puts me off is it's messy, and water based, so no machine friendly oily residues

I find it really good cutting wise but it is messy and no lubricaring qualities like oil based lubes.
