My favorite items from this set are the droid on day 20 and the trooper on the speeder bike. Thanks for making this video! What would have put instead of so many weapons racks?

I think the Tauntaun has a red nose because reindeer for the winter holiday season have a red nose. I like minifigs, but I sort of like the ship and structure builds more because I think it's a bigger challenge to make cool items with such limited pieces. Do you think Lego should make a set with 365 small items, one for each day of the year, like an Advent Calendar for the whole year.? Like, some days would be a minifig, and other days would be a small structure, vehicle, or ship? Maybe once a week it would be a larger item, and once a month maybe you could build something even bigger with 30 pieces,
@carpetbricks10 күн бұрын
Given that the current cost of advent calendars is $45 for 24 days of stuff, a 365 day calendar would cost about $684, which is more than most UCS sets. I seriously doubt anyone (except the extreme collectors who would probably just open the whole thing on the first day to do a review) would buy anything like that.

@carpetbricks14 күн бұрын
Yes, this is the first real-time build I have recorded on this channel! Would you be interested in more real-time builds of larger sets?
@friendlycat417013 күн бұрын
@carpetbricks I would! Depending on how large the set is, maybe run the video in two-time or four-time speed. It could have a stopwatch timer on screen. At the end, it could show the total number of pieces, total time, and a calculation of the number of pieces connected per second. Since you are so fast at putting Lego together!

I like small sets like these with interesting themes. I think it makes Lego really focus to make a unique design, due to the limited pieces. Thanks for making this video! Do you think you could make an unusual winter holiday design with less than 200 pieces? I'd want to see that!
@carpetbricks18 күн бұрын
If I had winter themed pieces, I could probably make something. Most of my spare parts are technic ones, though.

Great set and music! I don't think we need the flashlight, since the room looks so bright. Thanks for making this!
@carpetbricks18 күн бұрын
When I record the videos and rewatch them, black colors kind of blend together, making it hard to distinguish between pieces. I’ll keep trying new ways to improve video quality, but I guess a flashlight is not the way to go.
@friendlycat417018 күн бұрын
@@carpetbricks No worries! On a computer screen, the black pieces are very easy to tell apart without a flashlight. It is a little harder to tell black pieces apart on my mobile device's screen, but I don't know if there is a way to improve that. Good luck!

For the car with the top that does not fit flush with the minifig inside, maybe it would fit better if you took off the minifig's legs or detached its head. Unfortunately, some Lego cars are not designed for a minifig with all of its parts. I think Legoland might have a Ferrari section in the park. Have you ever been there and, if you have, did you enjoy it?
@carpetbricksАй бұрын
True, some cars are not designed to fit minifigures, but these usually are. I have been to LEGOLAND CA, and I definitely remember seeing a giant brick built Ferrari.

If you want to buy just the part, you can get one on Bricklink for about $1.50. The part number is x928cx1 . If you want to get it from a set, there are 7 hockey sets that include this part, in a variety of colors. Hope this helps!

That's awesome! I'd love to see maybe a five part video with the adventures of Venomous Grievous. Like, maybe how he has an encounter with Ahsoka and she is pleasantly surprised about his new head. Then they reluctantly go on a few adventures together to deal with a common enemy like Thrawn before parting .. until next time!
@carpetbricksАй бұрын
Unfortunately, having Venom’s large top where a small head should be makes the set very unbalanced, so it is difficult to get it stay in most positions. You could definitely try with your own sets though!
