Damn I think I would've been able to properly feel the emotions I should've felt when my grandma died of ovarian cancer spreading to her lungs when I was 7 had the Arthur cancer episode aired in the early 2000s. All I remember is my little sister making an unknowingly mean comment about Grandma's bandana, sitting with her in her bedroom nearing the end of her life, getting sick after her funeral, and not crying once over her death simply because of my age and maybe being autistic and personally socially inept.
