It depends on the game. The are a lot of anime games, and we all know how good food looks in anime.😊 But there are other games that may allow for challenges due to bad smells. New content, maybe? I think people are throwing this our the window far too easily without thinking about all the possibilities. STILL, it must be optional. Gotta have that, or some games could be good, but might never get played due to a forced scent feature. 🤔

Does anyone even need to explain why its stupid. Your room and controller is going to smell like chemicals and even if its optional and can be toggled, its still a useless feature 4 games will support and will bump up the controller price.

Assassin's creed is dead in the water right now let alone the future of gaming. Repetitive games with little innovation is probably going to see Ubisoft eaten up pretty soon without even getting into their more debatably bad choices. Same basically goes for Bathesda, EA, although sports fans keep lining their pockets and most of the AAA western studios. To breath new life into these series you would need them to be in the hands of non US style corporations. Pokemon has the issue that constantly adding new Pokemon creates issues, as well as even though Nintendo puts a lot of effort into its production, the Pokemon Team does not. So they will need a restructuring to survive the budding competition like PalWorld as well as returning competition such as Dragon Warrior Monsters, which has a more consistent art style with talking about how the stories are more interesting then the constant new Power Rangers like enemy of the day.
