Wow! What a tour de force both of transcription and performance. There are those who can't stomach early Glass, and this piece exemplifies why. But for those of us who love it, this is divine! Einstein was the first of Glass' works I heard way back in the mid-1970s and I've been listening to it avidly ever since.

Skillful execution, but I believe it is misdirected. The English did not write these pieces like the Italians. More convincing performances weave the Ground with the right hand melody. It is a beautiful and haunting piece if played that way. A slower and less staccato rendition would bring about this transformation.

I have admired many of your videos. The title of this one confused me a bit, however, but I figured that you mean it's a composition of yours, in the style of Glass as it might have been influenced by Rach.

I'd forgotten just how wonderful this performance was-so glad I stumbled back upon it and am now transported to a much nicer place in my head, does anyone out there still not believe that for all its pain, loss and struggle, life is Good and we are blessed in more ways than we can imagine? Thank you Anton, the talent you give to us is most certainly a blessing.

Very fine performance! Question about lighting and reading from score: it is appropriate and interesting. Were you influenced by another pianist in this?

I just did a search 'My Ladey Carey's Dompe manuscript.' I don't think 'manuscript' is the right word but it popped up.

Перебор с интерпретацией - несмотря на то, что противоположная ей суетливость иных некоторых исполнителей неуместна.
