For someone sound as a joke, but food and nutrition is crucial seriously and i have myself a story. 6 months ago after very long time i got a seizure again (focal type) and after that i got random long term heart palpipation that lasted 3 months about 10-20 times per day. Doctors said my heart is health so i decided to wait, mby it will go on it own. Because driver license is crucial for me, i was afraid go to nerve doctor again.... After first seizure also got another 2 weak focal seizures in specific brain area in first month after first seizure. So decided to cure myself. Just took valerian root, vitamin d, cut carbs by half (most sugars, but not completely), also taken omega 3 and magnesium +B6, they stopped seizures completely but not heart palpipations and dizzy head. Then i decided go to the gym, took protein powder and walk alot in outside, most 30-60 mins in park. And miracle happened. After first workout (i had about 6 months break from gym) i got huge stress on body but bext day my all heart palpipations gone, and i thought okay, maybe its just lucky, but no, it gone completely! And after 3-4 days of active lifestyle my dizzy head completely fixed and it never backs any seizure, heart palpipations or dizzy head till this day (nearly three months im healthy).

Indeed, watching them melt away within 48 hours felt so good, and yes, I used what I mentioned the other day. It actually took a bit more to make them totally disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the pain unexpectedly disappeared so quickly.

Hi, great video. Are you sure about the animal products though? Organic grass fed meats have a substantial amount of nutrients and vitamins in them. Especially Vitamin b. I think strict Vegans have more problems with vitamin b and homocysteine. I have been on a Carnivore/keto diet for years and my homocysteine levels are lower now than when on a higher carb diet.

Let me get this straight. Eat more whole grains and bananas? Are you saying that a bowl of Wheaties topped with banana is good for me? If you are wondering where your "dislikes" came from on this video, look no further. Do some more research, the elimination of those very things are what most people need to do. In twenty years, a physician that gives this advice can be sued for malpractice. When you are older and wiser, remember this and see if I was correct.

What is your evidence that animal products increase HC levels. Seems very vegan biased. Don’t get me started on the pitfalls for most of that avenue. Get your blood work done and then try eating better and implementing supplements that have shown some efficacy and have levels rechecked. There are a lot of videos explaining the supplements to take and Gary Brecka has given some good talks on this subject. We are all a study of one so no one shoe fits us all. Investigate and experiment and see what worked for you. Rest of her advice seems logical!

A lot of these foods you recommend contain way too much carbs/sugar in them. It’s the “standard American diet” that is killing people and is keeping people on seizure meds because these foods don’t help! Don’t be fooled people. #ketovore #carnivore #properhumandiet

@@GalitGoldfarb Success!!! I just had my homocysteine tested again. Previous tests - 2 tests in 2021, both showed 18. Same in early Feb 2024. (I did not realise how bad this was.) Yesterday I tested again - after following anti-homocysteine regimen for only 6 weeks. RESULT: 10.5 !!! Plus, parasthesia in my feet has reduced! I figured all this out myself. Drs told me it couldn't be fixed. I followed the protocol from Nerve Drs channel and your advice!! Thank you and God bless from Sweden //Hanna.

If plant-based just isn't working for you, try the carnivore paradigm. If you can afford grass-fed and grass-finished beef, it is the simplest and healthiest basis for a ketogenic lifestyle. If you're worried about the environment, buy from a regenerative farm. Besides, it's not as if bull-dozing nature to plant monocrops that require fossil fuel fertilizers and pesticides is saving the planet either. For omega 3, find a good cod liver oil. Plant omega 3s are not very bioavailable. Also nuts and seeds are high on the plant toxicity scale and you'll end up consuming way too much omega 6.

Folic Acid is poison to people with MTHFR. They need the natural form of folic acid - FOLATE. Their bodies can’t process folic acid, but can process FOLATE.

You said to avoid Kava?? Kava stimulates the production of Gaba in the brain, which ameliorates the onset of seizures. It’s one of my “go-to” meds when I feel a stress related seizure in imminent.
