Great video - I just got out of the hospital from appendicitis as a CT Scan revealed an inflamed appendix but not ruptured or perforated so I was a candidate for IV antibiotics for a 3 day hospitalization with another 13 days at home antibiotics . Interestingly enough I had the pain in my abdomen for 4 days and only on the 4th day when the pain was actually subsiding my wife urged me to go to the hospital I actually believe my body was fighting the inflammation and I’m a regular faster so the 4 days without food was not hard. Your video is such valuable information in simple terms. Do you think I have a good chance based on the diet changes could let me avoid surgery?
